Robert Heldt, managing director, founded Custom Media in March 2008 and launched WIFM, a bilingual lifestyle and business magazine, in January 2009. Robert graduated in 1998 from the University of Madras, India, with a BA in Commerce, before moving to Japan in September 2004.

Simon Farrell, publisher, was ACCJ Journal editor-in-chief until September 2009. After graduating from the London School of Journalism in 1992, he worked as a reporter and editor in Dubai, Cape Town, Havana and Tokyo for the UK, Japanese, Arab and South African press.

Yuki Masuko, creative director, graduated from Tokyo Designer College in 1999 and worked as an assistant at the studio of renowned art director Toshiyuki Kojima in Tokyo. She has worked in Australia and the United States, and has been involved in major advertising campaigns for Japanese and overseas firms.
