UK Ambassador to Japan Tim Hitchens CMG LVO is presented with a special commemorative issue of BCCJ ACUMEN by Simon Farrell, the magazine’s publisher and BCCJ Executive Committee member, at a farewell lunch hosted by the British Chamber of Commerce in Japan (BCCJ).
