The non-profit Investors in People community interest firm have awarded Japan Tobacco International (JTI) the first “We
invest in wellbeing” platinum accreditation. According to The HR Director, JTI is the leading tobacco company in the UK, and has been recognised for their high standards regarding employee wellbeing.
The award is based on an assessment of the social, physical and psychological wellbeing of a firm’s employees. It was found that JTI UK meets the award’s framework requirements.
