Lord (Sebastian) Coe opened SportPark at Loughborough University, the preparation camp headquarters of Team GB and Japan for the 2011 London Olympic and Paralympic Games, the London Press Service reported on 12 September.
Former Olympian Lord Coe, chairman of the London Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games, was joined by world diving champion Tom Daley.
The £15-mn SportPark is a state-of-the-art home to many of the country’s top national governing bodies, including those for swimming, volleyball and wheelchair basketball.
