Universal Studios Japan, located in Osaka, will build Asia’s first The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Set to open in late 2014 and cost about $450mn, it will include Hogwarts Castle and the signature Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey ride. It started at Universal Orlando Resorts in Orlando, Florida nearly two years ago.
