As “exotic” takeaways become favorite foods-to-go after a few beers on Friday nights, a survey of mispronounced dishes in the UK put a Japanese dish top, the New York Times reported on 22 February. “Katsu Curry” commonly became “Cat Soup Curry” when ordered over the phone, said the poll of 8,783 customers by takeaway service JustEat.co.uk.
